Modular cold rooms
The modular room Cold Group is an innovating modular cold room able to make the difference with the traditional cold rooms. This is the result of a huge research effort in which are involved numerous international professionals.
It offers a practical and professional solution for cold store and frozen food stores for the hotels, restaurants, food companies, shops and industrial cooking.
The qualities of these rooms are numerous that is why they can be distinguished from all other product of the market.
A complete modularity
The Cold Group room was created to fit all situations. Its complete flexibility is based on a 20 to 20cm modulation. All the room dimensions are able to adapt themselves (height, width, depth), thus an infinity of combinations is possible.
The room subsystem is also modulable. It enables to create within the same space several areas dedicated to various type of products or for different temperatures, to meet the customer needs.
An easier assembly
The assembly is made quickly and easily inside the room. In few hours, the room is ready thanks to an accurate and easy work without disconnections. The setting system of the room elements is executed easily thanks to the union of two hooks placed in the panels. Moreover, the vertical panels and the roof panels are interchangeable.
These two qualities offer three more advantages:
- Maximum use of the space dedicated to the room
- Easy disassembly and transport of the room
- Possibility to increase or to change the room dimensions by using other modules of the range, without disconnection.
An exclusive conception
Just one look at the Cold Group room, will give you the sensation that you are in front of something new because of its conception totally exclusived emphasize by
- The Door: the sign of its modernity. Its curved lines make of this door the symbol of the brand.
- The Colour: we end with the eternal white, monotone and traditional. An elegant grey, stainless steel, appears for the smooth exterior panels with a maximum care of the finishing. Inside, the fresh and traditional white remains.
- Angles of the rooms, curved inside and outside. Made of resistant high quality material, that enables the possibility of a fast cleaning and reduces the bacteria accumulation.
An infinity of options
Panels
The Cold Group room has also a wide range of thickness that enables an adaptation to the different refrigeration needs: 60, 85, 105, 150 mm. This way we obtain the ideal combination of cooling food and balance energy consumption.
Grounds
The cold room offers a wide range of anti-skid grounds that enables the adaptation to different loading and the frequent use of forklift. The standard version has the ground made of braun coating, but it is also possible to place a stainless steel ground of high quality.
Besides, we could add monoblock group or Split equipment, or may be shelves (NF).
According the modularity system, our customer can choose between different types of models and also can select the number of doors: sliding doors, hinged doors, exposition doors with porthole and curtain doors.
We offer a wide range of accessories for the cold room: coving profiles, silicone wall or ceiling, pressure relieve valves, temperature control, ventilation, etc. Every accessory complies with the sanitary norms and being officially recognized by the CNERPAC.
